Big Changes Are Coming to the Crunchyroll Store!

The Crunchyroll Store servicing Australia is currently unavailable as we work behind the scenes to bring fans a next-level shopping experience. During this time, no new orders will be accepted through the store. But don’t worry, this isn’t goodbye. We plan to relaunch in 2026! Please note: This change only affects the Crunchyroll Store servicing Australia. All other Crunchyroll services, including streaming, will continue. Stay tuned and sign up for emails (located in the footer) to be the first to know when we’re back!

We’re temporarily closing the Crunchyroll Store servicing Australia so we can provide a better shopping experience for fans. This temporary closure gives us time to upgrade everything, from site design and product selection to performance. We’ll be back after our improvements are implemented, better than ever!

We don’t have a confirmed date yet, but we plan to reopen the store in 2026. We’re working hard behind the scenes to make sure it’s worth the wait.

The last day to place an order is 30 September at 11:59 PM AEST. This date is subject to change, so please check the site for updates.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet and you’d like to cancel, please email our Customer Experience team at orders@crunchyroll.com.au. Be sure to include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to cancel.

All in-stock orders and pre-orders placed by 30 September, will be fulfilled as usual.

Refunds will be processed automatically. Timing may vary depending on your payment method. We’re working with our partners to confirm the refund window and will update you via email.

If you need help with an existing order after the store closes (such as an address change or other enquiry), please contact orders@crunchyroll.com.au. Our Customer Experience team will continue to support you.

Please contact our Customer Experience team, who will assist you with a refund. When enquiring about returning items, please include your order number and the nature of the fault. Please note that we do not offer a refund for change of mind. It is important to remember our DVDs are encoded for Region 4 and Blu-rays are Region B. We are unable to accept returns due to region incompatibility. If the fault is physical, please ensure you send a photo of the damage so we can assess what went wrong.
